FHIR Map

An open-source FHIR terminology and transformation server for healthcare data pipelines. It translates codes between medical terminology systems (ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm) and converts clinical messages between formats, including HL7v2 and HPRIM, the French healthcare messaging standard, into FHIR. One server serves both R4 and R5 clients.

Healthcare systems don't speak the same language. Lab systems use LOINC, billing uses ICD-10, pharmacies use RxNorm, and every interface or migration needs mapping. Teams build that mapping from scratch, badly, and maintain it forever. fhir-map does it as open source, fast enough to sit inline in clinical workflows, so healthcare orgs, including nonprofits, don't have to reinvent it.
